  • 1) When do I get my wines?

    Your wines are fulfilled the following month after you join.
    Example: Join in August → your first pickup/delivery is in September.

    2) When do I get billed?

    You’re charged the day you sign up, then automatically every month after that.
    You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

    3) How do I receive my wines?

    At the start of each month, we’ll send you a text + email confirmation with your date.

    Pickup: You’ll get your pickup date + instructions
    Delivery: You’ll get your delivery date + window (local LA — fee may apply)
